We are pleased to announce the addition of Jonathan Belzley to the SGT Advisory Board.  Jonathan is a real estate sales associate with KMO Urban, LLC and a Principal of New Leaf Development, specializing in urban redevelopment, mixed-use and adaptive reuse of historic buildings in Tulsa, Oklahoma and the surrounding region.

A graduate of The Berklee College of Music, Boston, MA, Jonathan lived in Los Angeles, CA and worked as a mastering engineer for The Mastering Lab and Lurssen Mastering before returning to Tulsa in 2008.  Upon return, Jonathan founded the Urbanist Crew of Tulsa Young Professionals and its signature event Street CReD, which annually highlights an existing area of Tulsa ripe for redevelopment.

Jonathan is a member of the Accessible Transportation (ATC), Transit Matters, Tulsa Now, The Urbanist Crew, TYPros Advisory Board and the Downtown Coordinating Council, and also served on the Board of the Tulsa HUB.  Jonathan and his beautiful wife, Susanna, live in Tracy Park with two black cats.

In his spare time, Jonathan is a musician, DIY’er, gardener, amateur photographer, bourbon connoisseur and karaokephile.  In 2010, he co-founded Charityokie – “Karaoke for a Cause”, an event that has raised over half a million dollars for local charities.
